TRAVEL AND LODGING:
I want to spend the weekend in Green Bay, where can I stay?
Clarion Inn is the preferred Hotel Provider for the event. The hotel is located across the river in downtown Green Bay and will provide a shuttle service to and from the event for hotel guests. To book a room or for more information, contact the Clarion in Downtown Green Bay.
PARKING:
Where can I park?
Free parking is available throughout the Broadway District.
EVENT REGULATIONS:
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are prohibited on event grounds.
What age group is the event appropriate for?
There are activities for all ages to enjoy.
WEATHER:
What if there is bad weather the day of the event?
Winterfest is a rain, snow or shine event. In the result of extremely bad weather, OBI will post any information regarding activity cancellations on the website.
EVENT ACTIVITIES:
Is the event free?
The overall event is free to the public. Certain aspects of the event have a fee, such as Beverages, Festival Foods Cookie Decorating, Reception, and certain vendors.
Where is the Information Booth?
The Information Booth is located in the Winterfest Base Camp at 139 N. Broadway(next to Kavarna).
Where is the First Aid Station?
The First Aid Station is located at the Information Booth located in the Winterfest Base Camp at 139 N. Broadway.
Is food available?
Food is available the entire day throughout the event boundaries. There are also multiple restaurants located in the Broadway District open during the event. For a complete list of restaurants in the Broadway District click here.
Is the event entirely outside?
The majority of the event will take place outdoors. However, there a few places to go in and warm up. 139 N Broadway (next to Kavarna) houses the Winterfest Base Camp featuring food and beverages and the Winterfest Arts & Crafts Fair. The Broadway District Businesses will have extended event hours for people to shop and eat in their business.
